The documentary The Wall - Climb for Gold chronicles the journeys of Janja Garnbret, Shauna Coxsey, Brooke Raboutou, and Miho Nonaka, top climbers, during an incredible two-year period. They compete in Olympic qualifying events to secure their spot in Tokyo, followed by a rigorous period of competition and training put on hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which leads to the Games being postponed. While on their way to Tokyo, the young women face their mental and physical challenges, shedding light on the incredible journey to becoming an Olympian and the essence of being human.
